RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Tiny Seedling we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on faulty products and we are happy to exchange clothing items for an alternative size or an alternative item within 7 days of delivery.

We will pay for postage for items received in error. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you. All other exchange items need to be returned prepaid, un-used and with original tags attached. We reserve the right not to process any exchange on damaged items that are returned to us.
Please return the product/s via registered post. You will assume any risk of loss, theft or demaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Tiny Seedling Organics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
We apologize that we cannot accept any exchanges on sale items, custom orders, pre-ordered items and products damaged after leaving our store.
LOCAL SHIPPING SINGAPORE
Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders above $60.
Tiny orders will be shipped within Singapore for a flat rate of $4.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Tiny Seedling Organics uses Singapore Post for all deliveries. All packages will be trackable and and delivered to your letterbox if you are not at home. All orders will be delivered between 2-4 working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
We also provide next day delivery via courier service to your doorstep, hospital or wherever you want for $7.50.
It’s required that a representative is available at the delivery address during working hours to sign for the package. If you have opted for the courier delivery, please provide us with preferred time of delivery.
